Pastries and Cupcakes were created for several installations including an Homage to Haystack- In the Vanguard: Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, 11950-1969, exhibited at the Portland Museum of Art. The Lily pastries were created for Burnt Out Wife, a contemporary dance performance by Sara Juli.
All materials are rescued from the manufacturing waste stream, then transformed in collaboration with schools and retirement communities.
