Lost Pages
Google has relegated dictionaries, encylopedias and thesauruses to basement shelves where they collect dust. Small libraries shut their doors one by one. The physical act of reading shifts and we now priviledge keypad digits over thumb page turning. The Lost Pages Series uses dismembered book parts which I reassemble to form new protective skins preserving each book’s memory. The pages are missing, so the books are non-textual, except for words in Shattered glass. These books are ghosts of the past, and useless.
